AboutBrays
Brays Concord Locksmith is a mobile locksmith working out of 42 Brays Rd, Concord. We keep late hours on purpose, because that is when people need us most.
Why a locksmith keeps late hours
Most trades work business hours. Lockouts do not. They happen after dinner, after a late shift, after a night out, after the last train home. A broken lock at 10pm is hard to fix when every locksmith listed online is either closed or on the other side of Sydney.
So Brays Concord Locksmith starts at 11am and works until 2am, seven days a week. The late finish is the reason the business exists.
How we work
- We quote on the phone before we drive out
- We try non-destructive entry first
- We explain what we are doing and why
- We ask for proof of entitlement before opening a property
- We recommend what your door actually needs, not the most expensive lock
- We tell you when a job can safely wait until tomorrow
Those are simple rules, and they are the ones we would want from a tradesperson in our own homes.
Local, in the plain sense of the word.
Our base is a house number on a Concord street, not a call centre. Most jobs are a short drive away.
Where we work
We cover Concord and the suburbs around it: Concord West, North Strathfield, Rhodes, Liberty Grove, Cabarita, Mortlake, Breakfast Point, Canada Bay, Five Dock, Abbotsford, Russell Lea, Drummoyne, Burwood, Strathfield and Homebush.
If your suburb is not listed, call and ask. We may still be able to help.
